If the items are in stock, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days barring any extraordinary circumstances.
SPECIAL SIZES AND REQUESTS
Aside from our current inventory line, customers are also open to special order sizes, discontinued items, different color, etc.
For special size rings, if the item is currently available in 5-9, then sizes smaller than 5 and larger than 9 would require a 12-piece minimum. Example is if you would like either a size 4 or size 11. ETA for special sizes are generally 4-6 weeks upon order confirmation. Half sizes cannot be special ordered. For items that we are only currently carrying in 6-8 and you would like us to start carrying in size 5 or 9, please contact us directly so that we may discuss if it is needed to be ordered specially or if we might be able to carry it without the MOQ.
If you would like an item in a different color than the one we carry, MOQ would be 30 pieces for either an earring, necklace, pendant, or bracelet. The same requirement would apply if you would like the piece to be gold/rhodium/black rhodium plated, differing lengths (for necklaces and bracelets), or made in either a larger or smaller size. ETA is generally also 4-6 weeks.
We are also open to attending to customer jewelry requests and suggestions. We appreciate customer feedback and are always on the lookout of what will be the next big sell in the jewelry industry. You can either send your suggestions through our customer support page or email us at custserve@paradisojewelry.com. If there is a particular piece you would like us to make for you, please contact us so we can discuss making the mold and preparing for general production. Exclusivity is dependent entirely on the customer and the succeeding MOQ agreement.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Paradiso Jewelry, Inc. constantly strives to ensure all our merchandise meet customer expectations. However, if you prefer an exchange or full refund, you may return merchandise within five (5) working days from the date of receipt together with a copy of the original receipt or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
RETURNS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt for damage or errors. Each item must be returned undamaged, not used, resized or engraved. Paradiso Jewelry, Inc. will determine, based on its own objective judgment whether the returned items conform to the aforementioned. Merchandise that has been used, resized, engraved or damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted.
Special orders or custom-made items cannot be refunded or returned unless there is an error on behalf of Paradiso, Inc.
Upon receiving merchandise for return, a credit will be issued by Paradiso Jewelry, Inc. for the amount paid for the same, excluding shipping and handling charges. The credit can be applied to future purchases or refunded in the same way
